1. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been washed or used. Items must remain in original packaging and condition to be considered for return.
2. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any used pillows, duvets, or dog beds.
3. The cost of shipping any items returned to Nordic Sleep Canada will be paid by the customer.
4. Any shipping fees paid on initial order will not be refunded.
5. All items discounted at 25% off or more are FINAL SALE.
6. Before making a return, please email info@nordicsleep.ca for a return authorization number and instructions.

We offer returns-for-refund on unused items in their original packaging with receipt within 14 days after the customer has received the goods. We ask that you request return authorization by emailing info@nordicsleep.ca. Initial shipping fees and all costs on returns are the customer’s responsibility. After inspecting to ensure all items are in perfect condition, payment will be refunded. Please allow 5 business days for processing approved returns once they have been received and approved for refund. All returns without authorization will be returned to sender.
